  • Skin disease like visarpa , daha, pidika , vyanga , switra etc

  • Padu (Anemia) , kamala

  • unmada, Mada , Apasmara

  • old & non healing ulcer , fistula

  • Apachi

  • Vidradi , gulma

  • Grahani

  • Hridroga

  • Garvisha

  • Pradar


Dose

10-15ml empty stomach in morning and evening for multiple day' s according to Vaidya's yukti


Route - Oral


Effect on tridosha - Pittasamaka

  • Chandana - Sandalwood- Santalum album

  • Kana - Long pepper - Piper longum

  • Kalinga - Holarrhena antidysenterica

  • Bhunimba - Andrographis paniculata

  • Musta - Cyperus rotundus

  • Trayamana - Gentiana kurroo

  • Parpata - Fumaria indica

  • Duralabha - Tragia involucrata

  • Patha - Cyclea peltata

  • Darvi - Berberis aristata

  • Katuka - Picrorhiza kurroa

  • Nimba - Neem - Azadirachta indica

  • Patola - Trichosanthes cucumerina


Variation -

Acharya Shushrut has mentioned Triphala instead of patha


Contraindication & Precautions

It can be taken in pregnancy & lactation under doctors supervision only


Dietary recommendation-

light pitta pacifying diet

no junks , fermented, spicy , curd etc food
